Tasty Tuesday: Parmesan Greek Yogurt Chicken

Another Tasty Tuesday and man this is a good one! :-)

 I saw this recipe floating around interest and had to try it and put my own little spin on it. It was perfect for an easy meal during the week. The chicken is tender and juicy!

Ingredients
  1. 4 chicken breasts (I used thin sliced)
  2. 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  3. 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  4. 1 tsp oregano
  5. 1 tsp garlic powder
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
  7. 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the over to 375. Combine All ingredients in a bowl til mixed. Coat chicken in mixture and place on a baking sheet (Lining with foil is definitely helpful! I let the chicken bake for a good 25-30 minutes, and when I thought they were almost done I turned the over on broil so they got a nice crisp on the outside. Sprinkle with a little more oregano if you like..So good!
