What gets you ready to tackle the week?

I’ll admit, I worked a lot this weekend and that whole losing an hour of sleep thing did not help my cause, however it will be so nice that it will stay light out later! I’m definitely looking forward to that!

This is something I try to harp on myself in the beginning of the week, because as I see it, it’s a fresh new start. Starting your week off on the right foot, in a positive way is key accomplishing goals and getting it done! I had a long tiring weekend, but I do not want to carry that onto my new week. 

New goals are set, workouts planned, meals prepped for the week to help me eat decently healthy throughout the week (with some treats or two :-) ).
