Motivational Monday

Can you believe it!? It’s the first full week of the new year!

I can barely believe it’s 2015, but I’m ready for a refresh. My husband and I spent a lot of time planning our meals ahead of time and scheduling our workouts for the week. Of course, there’s a great chance that some of our plans will change but I feel so much more prepared!
So far we have planned to get our workouts in the morning and have our meals planned out for the week, with plenty of leftovers for our lunches. I eat much healthier when I have everything planned ahead and ready.

Personally, a new thing I’ve also been trying to do each week is keep wrote down 3 goals I have for the week. It might be a workout goal, career goal, or even just a personal one. So far, this has been a great practice for me and I like that I start the week with some sense of direction.  I don’t know about you but checking things off my lists is one of my favorite things! Boom šŸ˜‰
