New Year…New you?

As it is almost 2015, you’ve surely head enough of the New Year, New you! lines… I don’t know about you, but it makes me think, why would I be completely different just because it’s a new year?

How about this instead- YOU, only better!

I am not a huge resolution setter, but I do like to think of yearly goals, and why not strive to be better and improve upon something. My goal this year is more personal lifestyle rather than fitness related, being it is for me to grow my business, and reach out to as many people as I can try to help. I won’t’ lie to you it’s hard work starting a business on your own, but I’m determined and excited to see where I am in 3 months, 6 months, and a year from now!


Do you feel it necessary to start over in the New Year, or do you try to makes changes as you go. Where do you want to get to this year?


  1. I like to us the New Year as a way to restart and refocus. However, I do work on my goals throughout the year as well because I think it is a constant work in progress.
