This is a full Bootcamp class I taught last week to my classes, and I have to say we were dying at the end. The 4th round of one exercise is KILLER 😉 in a good way!

This week I made a kettle bell circuit. I use kettle bells pretty regularly during my workouts. I love the versatility of this equipment.

Phew- have fun with that one. It’s one that I do very often, because it’s a great add on to any gym session!

I’ve been LOVING teaching my fitness classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. This is almost exactly like the class I teach, but in shorter intervals. This particular circuit works the arms with strength moves, and the legs with strength/cardio moves. It is definitely a super sweaty one. Love it!

Each time through the circuit should take about 6 minutes. You can choose how many times you want to repeat the circuit based on how long you want to workout. You have probably seen most of these exercises before, but if not, look them up on YouTube OR ask me below in the comments.

1. This Greek Yogurt Parmesan Chicken found on Pinterest– It looks kind of bland but it turned out SOOOO good!

2. This Cereal has been my dessert at night this week- and YES it is as good as it sounds!

3. These sweet Jamberry nails that I did recently. It’s my favorite pattern so far!

4. As always, breakfast is my favorite. Always. I want to eat it every day!

5. Lastly- I’m running a 7 day Meal & Workout group! It’s gonna be 7 days of workouts and healthy eats all to you on a group! Please comment and leave your email if it’s something you are interested in. It might just give you the jumpstart you need! Everything starts March 15th!
