Workout Wednesday: Kettle Bell Circuit

Hey there! Another one of my favorite days of the week… Workout Wednesday!

This week I made a kettle bell circuit. I use kettle bells pretty regularly during my workouts. I love the versatility of this equipment.

Phew- have fun with that one. It’s one that I do very often, because it’s a great add on to any gym session!

  3. Whew, that looks like a killer workout girl! I am going to have to give it a try, I add kettle bells into my workouts, but it has been a while since I have done a full kettle bell workout.
